What RescueConsole is

RescueConsole is an all-in-one management platform built specifically for animal rescues and shelters. It is not a general-purpose CRM adapted for rescue work — every feature, every field name, and every workflow reflects how rescues actually operate: intake to outcome, application to adoption, shift sign-up to hours sign-off. Every member of your team — staff, coordinators, volunteers, vets — works in the same platform, with access shaped by the role you give them. A volunteer who signs in sees their upcoming shifts and the shifts they can take. A coordinator sees everything. Nothing is siloed in somebody’s personal spreadsheet.

The shared record

The single most important idea in RescueConsole is the shared record. When a volunteer applies online, that application becomes a person record — or links to the one already on file — without anyone retyping a name. When that same person later adopts, their adoption is filed against the same record alongside their volunteer hours and any donations they have made. When an animal moves from intake to foster to adoption, every medical note, every photo, and every application is on one page that travels with the animal. This shared record is what makes the eight workspaces useful together rather than just side by side.

• Forms and workflows — build your adoption, foster, volunteer, surrender, and donor forms with your own fields. Workflows turn a process like intake into a checklist that runs on the record and can change a status or send a template when a step completes.
• Custom fields — add your own fields to people, animals, organizations, donations, campaigns, shifts, and events.
• Public website — eight standard pages (adopt, donate, volunteer, foster, about, resources, events, contact) filled from your data, on your own domain, with your logo and colors.
• Roles and permissions — thirteen built-in roles plus custom roles with per-workspace read, write, and admin access.
• Audit trail — every change to every record is logged with what it was before and after.
• Import and export — bring in animals, people, donations, and events from a spreadsheet, and export every list as CSV at any time.
• API keys and webhooks — connect to Zapier, Make, or your own systems.
• Integrations — dedicated connections to Stripe, ShelterLuv, and RescueGroups.org.

Pricing

RescueConsole has one plan: free for your first full year, then $1 per adoption completed. There is no monthly fee, no limit on staff or volunteer accounts, and no features held behind a higher tier. A month where you complete no adoptions costs nothing. You can carry the dollar yourself or add it to the adoption fee as its own line so the adopter covers it — your choice, either way.

The changelog is written for the people who run rescues — dated entries in plain language, grouped into features, enhancements, and fixes. The roadmap is built from the feedback board inside the app, so what gets built next is the list you voted on.
