RescueConsole brings every part of your rescue operation into a single platform. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, donation platforms, and sign-up sheets, you get one shared record for every animal and every person — with eight workspaces that all read and write the same data, so nothing falls through the seams.

Quick Start

Create your account, import your data, and get your rescue running in minutes.

Animals

Track every animal from intake to outcome, including medical records and adoptions.

Shifts & Volunteers

Let volunteers book their own hours inside the rules you set.

Fundraising

Accept donations by card, run campaigns, and reconcile payouts to your bank.

Communications

Shared team inboxes with threading, templates, and custom domain sending.

API & Webhooks

Automate workflows with API keys, webhooks, and integrations like Zapier and Make.

How RescueConsole Works

RescueConsole is organized into eight workspaces — Animals, People, Organizations, Fundraising, Shifts, Events, Communications, and the Public Registry. Every workspace shares the same underlying records, so an adoption application automatically links to the adopter’s person record, a vet visit appears on the animal’s medical history, and a donor’s gift history lives right alongside their volunteer hours.
1

Sign up and import your data

Create your account at rescueconsole.com/signup. Your first full year is free — the whole product, not a limited trial. Import your existing animals, people, and donations from a spreadsheet on day one.
2

Configure your settings

Set up your animal statuses, custom fields, and intake workflows to match how your rescue already operates. Build the forms your adopters, fosters, and volunteers fill in.
3

Invite your team

Add staff and coordinators with the right roles and permissions. Volunteers can sign themselves up without staff accounts.
4

Publish your public website

Turn on your public-facing adoption site with your own domain, logo, and accent color. Adoptable animals and events appear the moment you mark them public.
