Open Settings → Advanced & security → Settings history to answer “who turned this on, and when?” for your organization’s settings. Every change that went through is listed, newest first: who made it, when, and the values they sent. Only an Organization admin can read it. Anyone else who opens the page is told Only an organization admin can read the settings history.

What is recorded

A line is written for every change that succeeded in these areas. A change that was refused changed nothing, so it is not recorded. Only these areas are recorded. Changes to other settings, such as the lists under Animal management, and changes you make to your own account, are not. Changes are recorded from 16 September 2026.

Each change

Each line shows:
  • What was done and where: Added, Set, Changed or Removed, then the area, and the name of the thing changed when there is one, such as Changed · Locations: Main shelter.
  • When it happened.
  • Who made it: the team member by name, or The API key and the key’s name when the change came through the API. When the person can no longer be named, the line says Somebody no longer on the team.
  • What they sent: each field and its value.
A password, a key, a token or anything else secret is shown as hidden: it was never kept. A file upload is shown as Sent a file., and a very large change as Sent more than can be kept.

Show

The Show menu narrows the list to one area. Every setting shows them all. The page shows 50 changes at a time; press Show older changes for the next 50.
